Personal Training

Maggie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Behavioral Change, and Weight Loss Specialist. Her objective is to help you be fierce-in-your-own-skin on many levels, and building a strong foundation is the first step.

She specializes in weight loss, muscle building, flexibility, core, balance and strength endurance. Maggie emphasizes a functional approach to training that will improve your overall quality of life.

TRX and Kettlebells and BOSU, oh my. From novice to star athlete, she will work with you carefully and effectively to reach your fitness goals (and perhaps even have some fun getting there). A dancer from the wee age of 4, her awareness of the body is unparalleled.

She firmly believes that form is everything and sweat is the new black.

Dance

Maggie grew up on the east coast studying ballet, jazz and neurotic timeliness. Prior to graduating high school she had danced leading roles in ballets such as Serenade, Les Sylphides, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, and Coppélia. Her musical theater exploits included productions such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Secret Garden, and various choral performances.
At university Maggie pursued a double major in Communications and Theater, despite childhood aspirations of becoming a vampire or a camel. Since relocating to the Bay Area she has trained in various dance techniques with Khamla Somphanh, Randee Paufve, and Reginald Ray Savage. She has also trained in aerial arts at the San Francisco Circus Center.

Maggie is currently a dancer with Vau de Vire Society, and Capacitor. Her west coast performance career has also included Savage Jazz Dance Company, Hubba Hubba Revue, Living Dead Girlz, F'risqué, and the Sisters of Honk.
