When I'm rushing around the city going from training to dance rehearsal to walking my tiny hounds, sometimes it's easier to drink my lunch. This is my own recipe which I alter slightly depending on what's around. Try to use as many organic ingredients as possible.

  • 4-6 cups kale (boiled to destroy oxalic acid)
  • 2 carrots (steamed or boiled until tender to release nutrients)
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 banana
  • 2 strawberries or a li'l lemon squeeze (for brightness) 
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • stevia to taste, depending on how sweet you like it

Toss it all in a blender or food processor and show no mercy.
