SWEATY BEAST
You don't always need to hit the gym to work yourself into a fitness frenzy. A blue sky beats fluorescent lights any day of the week. Today's workout was short and not-so-sweet.
30 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. AMRAP. Four rounds.
- Battle ropes (both arms, alternating, etc.)
- Full range of motion sit-up
- Lateral wall ball slams (one side per round)
- Jumprope (I threw in some backward jumps and double-unders to keep it interesting)
- Burpees
Keep it quick and dirty.
